CHAZ & the Wannabe Dictator

The WhiteHouse has not realized this yet.
My father always says "Americans just LOVE a good train wreck!"
Apparently, a group has declared the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle to be "Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone".
Because I actually pay attention to history, I find this hilarious in a dark way.
Back in late 1998, right after the Micropsoft developers convention, and then the USENIX convention,
the WTO had THEIR convention.
As I was leaving town after USENIX, downtown Seattle was boarding up windows,
preparing for the usual WTO riots.
Sure enough, riots broke out and the Seattle Police went into action.
Unfortunately for Seattle PD, towards the end of the conference, they chased and cornered the protesters
into Capitol Hill.
Once cornered, they teargassed the protesters.
This was bad enough, shooting fish in the barrel, but it got worse.
This fishbarrel included a lot of non protesters.
Capitol Hill is a well of neighborhood, full of wealthy influential people.
People, sheltering in their own homes with doors & windows shut found themselves teargassed in their own homes.
Seattle PD was seeking a replacement Chief of PD a week later.
Unless there is demand from Capitol Hill to remove them, I dont see Seattle PD charging in there.
Meanwhile, the WhiteHouse wants the military to go in there and remove CHAZ.
The military has already made it pretty clear that being used as the WhiteHouse goon squad is the line they WILL NOT CROSS.
Im wondering how long it will take before the WhiteHouse starts trying to fire generals.
If that happens, might we actually see a short term US military coup?
Considering the current situation, Ill take my chances with a US military coup over what we have right now.
Interestingly enough, there was a lot of messageing out of Antifa during the Yianapolos (SP?) protests an few years ago.
In these Floyd inspired protests, I have not heard a peep out of Antifa.
The WhiteHouse has a burr in their saddle about Antifa, but I dont see them.
I am now wondering if Antifa still exists, or if their followers have all gone on to other groups.
Perhaps the WH never got the memo?
There was an interesting article, I forgot where, on why Barr is the way that he is.
Apparently, Barr and his brothers were known as "The Bullying Barrs".
Apparently hes been a bully all his life.
Frightening as it is, this is going to be a fsacinating fall to watch.
