I was catching up on my Linked in messages tonight.
I was not surprised to get a Linked In invite from Steve Savitsky.
What slammed me against the wall was the message about seeking a gig in Seattle.

This reminded me to check my LJ.

I dont have the details, but what I see doesnt look good.
Ill have to check up face to face.

I realized over the weekend that Id missed the annual March gathering at The Starport.
On the other hand, considering the situation, there might not have been one.

Me? Im hanging in there SOMEHOW. Dunno how, dunno why, just grateful to be surviving.
Im coming to hit a brick wall as to what I can accomplish where I am.
Im grateful that my 3 month gig has lasted a year and 3/4.
I dont know how much longer it will last, but we will see soon.

There actually was a gathering in March, and they estimate the last Big Saturday will be the June bash. It's going to be a huge blow to the usual Starportian Denizens, but looking at it realistically: Unless mdlbear can find work down there, they'll probably be moving up here by the end of October.

I'll be happy to answer any questions I can, my number and email haven't changed.
